We are proud to say that our school won the Tagata Pasifika Award which was awarded to a film by a Pasifika film-maker or team and/or featuring Pasifika language or culture. Our movie was called 'Lost Paradise' and it was about the effects of global warming in the Pacific.
Well done to Makerita, Shoal and Kingston for receiving the award on the teams behalf (which includes Toreka and Selena). Thank you to the teachers and parents who attended for their support. A big HUGE thank you to the Outlook for Someday organisers and Tagata Pasifika for the cool prizes.
Congratulations Mrs Lagitupu and to all the children involved. Well done everyone and what an amazing achievement. Keep up the wonderful work.
